Susan and Mark were outstanding with our recent purchase of a beachfront condo in the Sandestin/Miramar Beach area. Their attention to detail and a long list of contacts made this experience seamless for us. Our permanent residence is out of state and we were not familiar with the area. They referred potential lenders, insurance providers, management companies, etc. They even completed our final walk-through as we could not attend the closing in person.
